Animal Encounter Info
Our Animal Encounters are private, 1-hour guided experiences designed to create meaningful, relaxed time with animals in a calm setting. Whether you’re staying overnight in one of our cabins or just visiting for the day, encounters are open to everyone and must be scheduled in advance.
Encounters may include time with capybaras, fennec foxes, baby kangaroos, safari deer, and more. Each experience is led by our team and thoughtfully guided to provide a safe, educational, and enjoyable experience with the animals you choose.
Pricing
Animal encounters are $100 per person and include one animal type of your choice within a private, 1-hour experience, plus time with our baby bunnies at no extra cost. Guests who book an animal encounter, even without an overnight stay, are welcome to enjoy the glamping area after their scheduled encounter on the same day. This includes access to available outdoor activities and experiences following your encounter.

Additional animal types may be added for $50 per animal type (per group, not per person). All animals are included within the same 1-hour encounter.

A group of 2 books an encounter with kangaroos and capybaras.
$100 × 2 = $200
+$50 for the additional animal type

Age Guidelines
Animal encounters are thoughtfully guided to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both guests and animals. Certain animal interactions, such as time with fennec foxes and capybaras, are best suited for children ages 7 and up due to the calm behavior and attentiveness required.
Younger children are still welcome to attend the encounter alongside their family. During portions of the experience that are better suited for older children, younger guests may enjoy alternative animal interactions, such as baby bunnies or observing a baby kangaroo in a pouch, with guidance from our team.
Our goal is to create a meaningful, inclusive experience for families while prioritizing the comfort and well-being of the animals.
Encounters are limited and must be reserved ahead of time. Please note that only guests with a scheduled animal encounter or an overnight reservation have access to the glamping section, and access is limited to the date of your reservation.
